Who pays us

We may receive a fee from a developer or a lender when you choose to be introduced to them. A developer hears about you only if you agree to it on a call with the Bhumiq team.

What a fee cannot change

• What a record says. We show where a record came from and the date we read it.
• How a developer or project is ranked or ordered.
• Whether a court or consumer case is shown against a company.

Nothing a developer pays for alters a fact on Bhumiq.

If you think an entry is wrong

Tell us through grievance redressal and we will review the entry against its source. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
