Methodology
How Bhumiq reads the registers
version 1 · 3 October 2026
Bhumiq reads three kinds of public record: Haryana’s real-estate regulator, Haryana’s town and country planning department, and the courts. Each page below names its sources, how often they are read, how a row on your list is matched to them, what they leave out, and what has been measured so far.
What is covered
HARERA’s Gurugram and Panchkula benches and the DTCP licence register: Haryana only. The courts and consumer commissions named on the courts page. A project Bhumiq cannot find is “not in the registers Bhumiq reads, as of” the date of the search. That is never a finding that it does not exist.
