- Monitoring: when a registration, a licence, a court case or a certificate on your list changes, it lands in the workspace’s inbox. Critical changes are mailed after each morning’s check of the registers; the rest come in the 7:30 am digest.
- Due-diligence reports you can file, and an audit log of who opened, exported or was refused what.
- Members and roles for your team, managed by your owners and admins, and an export of everything at any time.
What Bhumiq does not do
Lend, value or verify title. The workspace shows what the registers said and when; credit and legal decisions stay yours.
