Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 30 September 2026
This policy covers every paid feature on Bhumiq, operated by Varatech Innovation Private Limited. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Billing
Paid features are sold as a subscription billed in advance for each period, or as a one-off purchase. Before you pay, you see the price, which includes GST, and the billing period. Payments are collected by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Varatech Innovation Private Limited issues a GST tax invoice for every payment, and you can open or print it in Settings, under Billing. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Settings, under Billing. You can also write to Gautam.t@varatech.in from the email address on your account, and we confirm within 24 hours. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we charge nothing further.
Refunds
- A period that has started is not refunded pro rata. Cancelling stops the next charge, not the current one.
- If you have not generated any report or used any paid feature in the first 7 days after a charge, ask within those 7 days and we refund that charge in full.
- A duplicate charge, or a charge for a payment that failed, is reversed in full once we have confirmed it with Razorpay.
- If a paid feature was unavailable for a material part of a period because of a fault on our side, we extend the period or refund the affected part, at your choice.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay, and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days of our confirmation. Banks can take longer to post it.
What is not refunded
A report you have generated or downloaded, and a period in which you used a paid feature, are not refunded except under the fault clause above. Prices shown at checkout are final once paid; a later change in price does not apply to a period already billed.
