Every due-diligence report you run while the subscription lasts, on any developer or project. Start it from the Generate DD report button on a developer’s or a project’s page: if checkout is not open on your account yet, the button says so and how to reach us. Cancelling and refunds follow the refund policy.
It also opens, from Bhumiq, the files a promoter filed with HARERA for a project: its site, layout and building plans, the payment plan and its approvals. Every reader still sees each file listed with its date.
