About Bhumiq

Bhumiq AI helps you check a property before you commit to it. It reads Haryana’s public registers (HARERA’s project and agent registrations, DTCP’s coloniser licences, and court and consumer cases) and shows what they say, with the register and the date Bhumiq read it.

Bhumiq describes what the records showed on the date given. It is not legal advice, and a record Bhumiq does not hold is not proof that none exists.

Bhumiq AI is a product of Varatech Innovation Private Limited, CIN U61900HR2025PTC129903, at SCO-21, Urban Estate, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

How the record is kept

Bhumiq reads each register on the authority’s own site and keeps the address and the date of what it read. The methodology names each register, what it covers and what it does not. If you think an entry is wrong, tell us through grievance redressal and we review it against its source.

Who pays us

Today no developer, lender or broker pays Bhumiq for anything, and no list on Bhumiq is ordered by anything a company pays for. The independence policy sets out what a fee could never buy. What a buyer pays for is on the pricing page.
