A home still being built also carries GST; a finished home sold after its completion certificate carries none. Developers may also charge for parking, club membership, preferential location (PLC) and a maintenance deposit. Ask for the full cost sheet in writing before you pay a token.

- Pick district Jhajjar, then the tehsil and the village: Nuna majra (hadbast 46), tehsil Bahadurgarh. The site lists villages in Hindi, so the hadbast number is the surer match.
- Pick the latest year, then a from the list here, such as 44//1/2.
- Type the CAPTCHA the site shows. The copy it opens names the owners as the revenue department last recorded them.
