Developers may also charge for parking, club membership, preferential location (PLC) and a maintenance deposit. Ask for the full cost sheet in writing before you pay a token.

- Pick district Gurugram, then the tehsil and the village you want: Pataudi (hadbast 1) or Rampur (hadbast 45), tehsil Pataudi. The site lists villages in Hindi, so the hadbast number is the surer match.
- Pick the latest year, then a from the list here, such as 4//21/2.
- Type the CAPTCHA the site shows. The copy it opens names the owners as the revenue department last recorded them.
